Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with CrockIt! We’re a small business packing up personality one handle at a time. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, processing times, and what to expect once your order is on the move.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

During holidays, product launches, or seasonal drops, processing times may be slightly longer. We promise we’re working as fast as humanly possible (and fueled almost entirely by caffeine).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays outside of our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping — but we hope to in the future.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

CrockIt! is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help make it right.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly before reaching out.

Preorders & Seasonal Drops

Some products may be offered as preorder or limited seasonal releases. Estimated ship windows for those items will be listed directly on the product page.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once all items are available.
